Working Principal:

S.S. Made tank will equipped magnetic roller rotating at low speed with the help of Geared motor. Quring this operation a used coolant is discharged into tank due to magnetic force on roller the ferrous particle in coolant will get attracted to magnetic roller and at the same time at the other end will remove by S.S. Scrapper fitted at front.

Working Principle:

The separator consist of rolled and driven motor at the center stationary magnet and then belt is passing through the magnet. In between this oration if any trump iron is found on the surface of conveyor, it will be attracted towards the magnet and then discharge once intersub of magnet field is over.
